ChatGPT to Claude
How to move your memory and work from ChatGPT to Claude: what transfers, what stays behind, and the order that saves you time.
Guide
Memory moves between ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini by copy and paste, and Claude and Gemini have an import screen for it. Full chat history moves only into Gemini.
Every transfer is a one-off snapshot: whatever you say in the old tool afterwards never reaches the new one.
