Terms of service
Last updated: 8 October 2026. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy; if you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Memory Bridge ("we") keeps your work notes in one memory and lets the tools you connect read from it and write to it. We develop the service continuously and may add, change or discontinue features at any time. Our official contact channel is hello@memorybridgeai.xyz.
Your account
You must have legal capacity to contract and provide a valid email address. The account is personal; you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done from your account, and you must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may accept or decline account requests, and we set up accounts within a reasonable time after a request or payment.
Subscription and payment
Plans and prices are shown on the website when available, and we may change them at any time, telling you before a change applies to your existing subscription. Fees are charged in Saudi riyals through a third-party payment gateway that handles your card details under its own terms. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel renewal before then; after cancellation your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed solely by the refund policy published on the website. Any trial we grant is discretionary and may be ended at any time.
Acceptable use
You alone are responsible for the content you add and for your right to use it. You may not use the service to access other people's accounts or bypass permissions, to store content that breaks the law or others' rights, to disrupt the service or test its security without permission, or to resell it. We may apply and change usage limits, and we may stop operations that exceed them.
Content and ownership
You keep your rights in the content you add, and you grant us a non-exclusive right to store, process, index and display it as needed to provide, operate, improve and protect the service. We do not use the text of your notes to train general-purpose AI models. The service and all its elements, including its name, software, design and content, belong to us or our licensors, and these terms give you no rights in them beyond the use described here.
Connected tools
The tools you connect to the service are independent third parties that we neither control nor guarantee. Each tool works within the permissions you grant, and what it does with what it reaches is governed by its provider's terms. You are responsible for reviewing permissions and the writes tools make; what tools produce or the service retrieves may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Do not rely on the service alone for a medical, legal or financial decision or for any critical system, and keep an independent copy of anything that matters to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or for loss of profits or data, and our total liability to you for any claim does not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before it. You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access or an account at any time for a reasonable cause, including a breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal obligation or discontinuation of the service, telling you where possible and appropriate. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. On termination your access ends, and data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on the website with its date, and we may email you about material changes. Continued use of the service after publication is acceptance of the updated terms.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the privacy policy and the refund policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service. For questions, see Support.
