Privacy
Last updated: 8 October 2026. This policy explains how we collect, use and share data when you use the Memory Bridge service and website.
Data you provide: your email and account details, the content you add to the service or that a connected tool adds (notes, project names, tags and file versions), your messages to us, and join requests from the website. Data collected automatically: operation and error logs, and the usage, device and network data needed to run and protect the service, plus website statistics. Data from third parties: your sign-in identifier from the identity provider, and payment references and status from the payment gateway, never card numbers.
To provide, operate, maintain and improve the service; to manage accounts and subscriptions; to communicate with you about the service; to protect it from misuse and fraud; and to meet our legal obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data for any lawful purpose. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the text of your notes to train general-purpose AI models.
Service providers working on our behalf, such as hosting, sign-in, payment, email and bot protection, as far as needed to perform their services. The tools you connect to the service, within the permissions you grant; what those tools do with data is governed by their providers' policies, not ours. Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of the service and its users. If the service is transferred, merged or sold, data moves with it.
Data is kept on the cloud infrastructure of our hosting providers. Some providers, such as the sign-in provider and the tools you connect, may process data outside your country under their own terms. We may change providers or processing locations in line with applicable law.
The website uses functional cookies, including ones that keep your language and the link you arrived from, and ones set by the bot-protection tool on forms; the service uses the session cookies needed for sign-in. We count website visits with our own tools in a way that does not identify the visitor. We may add other measurement tools and update this policy accordingly.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for reviewing the permissions of the tools you connect, and we recommend not saving passwords, keys or sensitive data you do not need.
We keep data while your account exists and as long as needed for the purposes described or required by law. After an account is closed we delete the content within a reasonable period; copies may remain in backups and logs for a limited time before leaving them in their normal rotation. Archiving inside the service is not deletion.
You can read, edit and export your content from inside the service, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop a tool's access, by emailing hello@memorybridgeai.xyz. We may verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep what the law requires. These rights are exercised under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you may complain to the competent authority.
The service is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone without legal capacity.
We may update this policy from time to time by publishing the updated version with its date, and we may email you about material changes. Continued use of the service after publication is acceptance of the updated policy. For questions, write to hello@memorybridgeai.xyz or see Support.
