Refunds and cancellation

Money-back guarantee

If Memory Bridge is not for you, we refund your first payment in full when you ask within 30 days of its date, no questions asked.
Ask by email to hello@memorybridgeai.xyz from the address you subscribed with, or by replying to any email from us.
The amount returns to the same payment method; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.
Later renewals (monthly or yearly) are not refundable, unless a fault on our side kept you from using the service.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first subscription only.
It does not apply to an account suspended for breaching the terms of service, or where the service was used in a way that goes beyond normal personal use.

Renewal and cancellation

You pay for a month or a year, and nothing renews automatically: five days before your period ends we email you a link to renew, and we remind you once more on its last day. Each link works for seven days.
If you renew before the end, the new period starts when the current one ends, so no days are lost.
If you don't renew, your subscription ends with the paid period and your account keeps working until then, so there is nothing to cancel. Paying later starts a new period.
To close your account before the period ends, ask the same way.
Export your notes before the paid period ends if you want to keep a copy. After an account is closed, we delete its content as set out in the privacy policy.

Payment

Payments run on the page of a third-party payment gateway and are charged in Saudi riyals. We never see or store your card details. You pay for each period yourself; we do not charge you automatically.
